About our hiring process

 

 

River to River Senior Services is a not-for-profit organization. Our main administrative office is located at 1500 Sandbar Drive, Marion, IL 62959.

Open positions will be posted externally to the appropriate sites, on the River to River website and through approved staffing agencies with a screening deadline assigned.  Positions remain open until filled.  Once the screening deadline has passed, management staff will begin reviewing applications for qualifications and experience and select candidates for interviews.  When interviews, reference checks, and in some cases, job-related skills testing occurs, a recommendation regarding offering the candidate best suited to the position is made to management.  Candidates interested in learning disposition of vacancies may contact Human Resources Director Kimberly Barr at kbarr@rivertoriver.org

 

The Application Process:

1. River to River accepts applications at all facilities and on their website.

2. River to River accepts applications until screening begin date, at a minimum.  Position is open until actually filled.

4. Reference information is required.
